Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Flying S! Return items must be unworn and unwashed and sent back to Flying S within ten days from delivery date. Items returned after 10 days will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will issue a return label but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the label being emailed to you. If we receive your item and it is not acceptable you will be charged a $5.95 fee to ship it back to you.
Customs are non-returnable.
To exchange an item for a different size there is a shipping fee of $5.00 to return the item back to you. Please include your name, phone number, and email in your return and reason for the return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return order to ship. To initiate a return please contact us at info@flyingscompany.com.
In order to maintain hygiene standards swimwear, headwear, and footwear are non-returnable.

Wholesale Minimums
Minimum wholesale order is $100. Custom wholesale orders are welcome. If you would like to purchase a single item for full price, please check out as a guest. You are welcome to use our photos please make sure you watermark.
We reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment on wholesale orders found to have unauthorized sales or for personal use only.
Printing Processes
At Flying S we print and press everything in house offering the sublimation and direct to film (DTF) printing processes. Our sublimation tees range from 48% to 65% polyester therefore sublimation tees will have a slightly vintage look. Sublimation dyes the fabric so it has a very soft feel. DTF has a slightly heavier feel than screenprinting and is comparable in washability. Similar to screenprinting, DTF prints withstand approximately 40-50 washes. DTF will feel slightly stiff when you first receive your item but will soften significantly after the first wash.
Graphics
Graphics can be purchased with a wholesale or retail account. Please note that you will be required to have a minimum order of $100 to checkout if you purchase graphics as a wholesale account. If you are here to purchase graphics and are tax exempt, please submit your tax number when making your account and email us requesting tax exemption.
